This two hour consultation is designed to educate you on the value and costs associated with a wedding, and to help you prioritize where you'd like to spend your budget dollars. During this meeting, you'll see examples of weddings and their different budgets, as well as discuss your ideas for your wedding so we can educate you on what those ideas might cost. We can help you create a budget that makes sense for you and that budget can guide you through choosing the products and services at the rates you need to spend to keep you on target. We highly recommend that everyone involved in making spending decisions for your wedding attend this consultation. $250
During this two hour consultation, we review your design ideas through Pinterest (or other format you provide) and walk you through creating a cohesive wedding style. We will explore the many elements of wedding decor and design to help you understand your options when it comes to selecting services and products to make your vision come to life. If starting from scratch, we can spend this time working through different styles and ideas to help you find what you relate to best and how to make it your own. (This service provided by a lead planner from the Each & Every Detail team based on availability at the time of the consultation.) $250
Not sure where to start? We can help! This consultation is designed to help figure out what types of venues are the best suited for your wedding needs. We'll begin by walking you through the needs of your wedding day (such as guest count, style, space needed) and explore the types of venues and how they might fit best. We'll also educate you on how to compare venues and costs. After your consultation, we'll send you a spreadsheet of 10-15 venues in your selected area (within the DFW metroplex) we feel would be a good fit based on those details. With so many options out there, we've designed this service to help sort through the jungle of venues in the area and make your venue search easier. $200
Do you have a beautiful home that you’d love to use for your event? Or maybe a friend’s house or a field? We would be happy to come check it out and help you visualize what you can realistically do with the space and if it will suit your event needs. We will also talk about the vendors you need and make a few suggestions on any companies we think you definitely need to contact to get specifics. $100-150 depending on location
Rehearsal Dinner Consultation
With this two hour consultation, planning your rehearsal dinner has never been so easy! We’ll guide you through your options and how to select the right venue for your rehearsal dinner needs. With rehearsal dinners, they can be what you make of them, so we will also talk about the agenda for the evening, theme for decor and entertainment options for your event. $100
Simply put, with this package, we set up your event or wedding decor for you at your venue. Did you buy your own tablecloths? Create your centerpieces? Go shopping in Canton and have bins full of things for your tablescapes? We can help! Our decor set up and break down package is popular because it brings with it the knowledge that everything will be set up according to your plan, time saved since we handle all of the set up, and energy saved since we'll be back at the end of the event to pack it all up for you and place it in the vehicle of your choice. Starts at $500
