As we discussed in PART 1 of this series, we are asked often about wedding budget in the Dallas area. The fact of the matter is that the cost of a wedding is totally based on what you want and what your priorities are. In Part 2, we look at a midrange wedding budget and see how that changes the look and feel of your table.
**Please note – these are suggested budgets only. No couple ever has exactly the same wedding budget, because no budget reflects the same priorities!**
The Premium Level – $60,000 for 150 guests
Place Setting and Table Details
We get to step up the design a little bit more at this budget point! To bring the look of the table closer to your original wedding vision we usually play with china, flatware, and glasses as well as linens. In this tablescape, we used vintage, mix and match blue and white china to create a more specific look for the table. We also added a hemstitched napkin to the setting for another touch of old-timey flair.
The centerpiece on this table is a little more elevated than that of the Standard table. We have a lovely silver mercury vase and mix and match vintage votives in silver and glass to add a little more shimmer. The floral is full and lush, overflowing over the container! We usually see a mix of these low, lush pieces with a few taller elements to give the room a little wow factor at this wedding budget point. We might add a third style of low centerpiece in a simpler vein.
Looking at the full wedding budget, you can get a sense of how you might apportion your costs. There are definitely places to give and take here – it all depends on matters most to you and your partner! For example, maybe you don’t want a videographer, and could use that allocated amount to increase your catering and bar budget for an amazing meal. We’ve got lots of great information on budgeting – check out another article HERE.
We’ve got one more table to check out so check back in with us in a few days! If you missed the Standard table and budget, see those HERE. If you’re already feeling overwhelmed, to CONTACT US about helping out with your budgeting!
