Top Wedding Desserts of 2018

This year was full of fun and beautiful wedding desserts that made our mouths water and gave us major goals. Here are a few of our favorites.

1.Classic Bridal Cake

There’s something to be said for a classic, elegant, bridal cake. The soft texture and perfectly placed floral pull together the warmth and beauty of this incredible cake. - Wedding Cake - Coral and Ivory Wedding

2. Cookie Cake

It’s your big day. If cake isn’t your go-to dessert, then find a way to incorporate your favorite sweet treat. In this case the bride was all about chocolate chip cookies, so she got a multi-tiered cookie cake! How fun is that!

3. Modern Cake

How about this beautiful bridal cake? The clean lines and marbled fondant bring a modern aesthetic to the rustic venue making the whole thing feel light and airy.

4. A Cake in the Perfect Surrounding

This cake fits so perfectly with the venue around it, which is especially impressive considering that this location was part of a rain plan. It really speaks to the importance of having a cohesive look throughout the event so that all of the elements are complementary no matter where in the venue they end up. Plus the gold paint with lush floral is amazing!

5. Decadent Macarons

We love using macarons to incorporate the colors of a wedding. In this case the rich blues and reds from the floral and stationery make another appearance in this macaron tower. What a great dessert option!

6. Creative Bundt Cake

Not only is this cake topper wonderfully nerdy, but the bundt cakes look delicious! You can still get the tiered wedding cake for cutting, and the many fantastic flavors available from Nothing Bundt Cakes at the same time!

7. Specialty Drinks

This sweet treat isn’t always considered along the same lines as the cake, but we love the idea of incorporating hot cocoa into a winter wedding. Especially if you can bring it to the bar for a little something extra!

8. Showstopper

What a beauty! The sleek, geometrics lines, small white accents, and distinct lack of floral give this cake and particularly dignified and modern feel. It really is a showstopper!
